Canada’s federal prisons will begin issuing safe supplies for inmates to use while taking illegal narcotics.
An internal notice of the change issued to Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) employees was posted on social media on Sept. 22, detailing plans to issue paper straws and foil for “safer snorting.”
The idea is to “reduce harm” by “lowering the risks of cuts or tears inside the nose.”
Prisoners will also be given drug testing strips to ensure the quality of fentanyl and other drugs they are implicitly encouraged to make use of. It’s all part of CSC’s stated “zero-tolerance” drug policy.
As for intravenous drugs:
They also run a needle exchange program to supply users with clean syringes. CSC reported 537 inmates using the program in late 2024.
Prisons used to serve not only to protect the public from criminals but to discourage crime. But discouraging crime is not on the liberal agenda.

The new rule takes effect January 1, 2027. It applies to children ages 8 through 15, meaning it reaches right up to a teenager’s 16th birthday.
Gavin Newsom approved it because of course he did.
The fit test has five steps.
Teenagers who pass all five steps may use an adult belt, while those who miss even one step will need a child restraint.
Moonbat rule is not compatible with human dignity.
